Humor and solidarity come together in one of Brazil’s largest benefit stand-up events..

Implemented in its first edition in March 2024 at the Polytheama Theater in Jundiaí (SP), the Laughs for Good Festival brought together major names in national comedy, such as Danilo Gentili, Diogo Portugal, Oscar Filho, Criss Paiva, Maurício Dollenz, Arianna Nutt, Palhaço Amendoim, Rodrigo Cáceres, Anne Freitas, and Fabio Güeré. In total, more than 1,500 people attended the event.

Implemented in partnership with BW Incentiva in high-capacity venues, 100% of the ticket proceeds from Laughs for Good are directed to social projects such as Pega Visão, Vira Amigo and the rebuilding of Rio Grande do Sul.

The sponsor chooses which project will receive the proceeds from Laughs for Good

Clear Sight offers free visual acuity exams and donated eyeglasses to people in situations of social vulnerability. The exams are conducted in a mobile unit that also includes other activities such as blood glucose and blood pressure screenings, quick massages, stretching and dance classes, social services like haircuts, cultural performances, and leisure activities for the children.

A unique initiative to encourage solidarity and animal care, the Buddy Up social project promotes pet adoption campaigns and food donations for dogs and cats. The collected items are donated to animal protection NGOs based in the cities where the events are held. Implemented in its first edition in the city of Paulínia, São Paulo, the project benefited organizations such as APVA, APASFAP, Lar Temporário Fabi Cané, and Proteção Animal Mia&Late. In total, the event collected one ton of pet food.

A Fábrica Association sent one ton of non-perishable food, 9,000 bottles of water (1.5 liters each), and one ton of pet food to Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul. These donations were made using the organization’s own resources and benefited hundreds of families. Through partners and campaigns promoted by the association, over 100 tons of donations were sent in total. Through the Laughs for Good project, ticket proceeds can contribute to the ongoing reconstruction of Rio Grande do Sul.
