Athlete Factory

With a focus on social transformation, health, and well-being for children and teens, Athlete Factory has already benefited 2,500 students between the ages of 6 and 17 across various regions of Brazil. During Year I of the project, activities were held in Campinas (SP), Mococa (SP), Ourinhos (SP), Sorocaba (SP), and João Câmara (RN), with the support of the CPFL Institute through the CPFL Young Generation initiative. Soccer classes, lasting one hour and held twice a week outside of school hours, encourage physical activity, social interaction, and inclusion.

In 2025, the project enters Year II, expanding its reach and modalities. In João Câmara (RN) and Ourinhos (SP), the project continues with the support of the CPFL Institute, maintaining its soccer classes. Meanwhile, in Guarulhos (SP) and São José dos Campos (SP), Athlete Factory now offers basketball and volleyball classes, in a new phase sponsored by Motiva.

Students also receive nutritional support and are provided with all the necessary materials to practice their sports, including full uniforms and athletic equipment. At Athlete Factory, sports are more than just an activity: they are a tool for learning, values, and opportunities that transform lives both on and off the court.
